On your live site the ones not showing do not have the corresponding css, please link to the zip file that you uploaded to your Iconfont Manager so I can test. Please try ensuring all resources for your testing domain are from your testing domain, I also recommend either adding a https certificate to your testing domain or removing the https from the links, that is change them to http, also most of your menu items point to your live site. I see you have a CORS policy, where your icon font is loaded from your live domain and shown on your testing domain: Access to font at ' from origin ' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
